Bacon Pancakes

Why not bacon pancakes? You eat pancakes and bacon next to each other, right? Cook them together and enjoy them together in one nice, little package.

There are several recipes floating around the interwebs for this, but the basic instructions are simple:

• Cook your bacon ahead of time
• Pour pancake batter on griddle
• Place a strip of bacon in each pancake
• Cook the pancake as you normally would
